The Roasters Choice option we will send you a variety of our current coffees.

The Adventurous option will include fruit forward and higher acidity coffees. (Africans etc.)

The Comfort option will be more geared towards Central American coffees etc. and lower acidity.

If you have a certain coffee or origin you would prefer please leave us a note in the checkout page and we will try to honor it.
